The establishment
We have been coming for many years and plan to continue to do so. The site has everything we need, is extremely well maintained, the staff are kind and attentive, the location is perfect for our requirements and the choice of entertainment/activities of a high quality and catering to a variety of ages/tastes.
The restaurant should cater more for the family. The food is high quality and very well presented, but probably too "gourmet" for younger children/teenagers. It is also too expensive to eat regularly. If the menu included a couple more simple dishes (pastas/salads) and reducing pricing slightly would ensure more regular usage. I'm also glad that the restaurant have returned to offering a takeaway option which has been fantastic for both lunch and dinner.

"wifi gratuit"? inexistant, les pauvres, juste l'ADSL, Starlink fonctionne pourtant parfaitement, mais il faut se renseigner... Le chalets en bois craquent 10 fois plus que le mobile home classiques. Rien pour les ados, rien dans le camping, tout est à au moins 20 minutes de routes pénibles. Les petits déjeuners à proscrire, essayé une fois pour desz croissants inmangeables. Le restaurant à vomir...

Superbe expérience pour un 1ier camping. Accueil chaleureux par un personnel discret mais toujours dispo en cas de besoin. Domaine calme, idéal pour se reposer après toutes les activités disponibles sur et aux alentours du site. On a obtenu toutes les informations et conseils pour nos activités auprès du personnel.
Le wifi est quasi inexistant. Idem pour la 4G et la 5G. Dommage que le restaurant indépendant sur le domaine ne pouvait pas s'adapter pour proposer des plats plus simples pour les enfants. Mais cela nous a permis de découvrir plein de bonnes adresses à Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

Spacieux et confortable. Nous étions 2 adultes avec un enfant et un petit chien. La climatisation dans l'hébergement était top avec la chaleur. Notre petit chien en a bien profité.
Quelques prises de courant en plus dans la cuisine pour ne pas devoir débrancher la machine à café pour brancher le toaster par exemple. Quelques toiles d'araignée oubliées lors du ménage. Un traitement de l'hébergement aux huiles essentielles contre les moustiques aurait été le top.
