The establishment
we stayed at Domaine the Sevenier for the 5th or 6th time, which says enough. Parc is even prettier than the previous times, plants have grown paths have been paved.

Lots of privacy Everything is there, Airco, dishwasher, good beds. Big veranda at 2 sides, so always a place to sit in or out of the sunlight.
There are actually 8 possible sleeping places, maybe the bed-bank in the living room could be replaced with a more comfortable couch ?

The establishment
The lodges are well equipped and perfect for any length of stay. Grounds are superbly kept and the pool is simply delicious
The restaurant is badly run and the food needs improvement. The staff are argumentative

Restaurant and customer service at restaurant. Additionally incorrect information given on check in regarding closing of restaurant on the second night of our stay.

The establishment
We were at Domaine de Sévenier for the second time this summer and had a wonderful holiday. Service and lication are amazing, we will definitely be returning in the couture.
Accommodation review
It's well equipped, lovely deck and very nice to have an airconditioner. Also the size of the childrens' bedroom is nice, big enough to play if they want to escape the heat for a while.
The bed was not that comfortable. Maybe the new mattress protection sheets should be reconsidered. They are quite hot and sweaty and noisy even turning in your sleep. Though we didn't find it necessary to complain at reception.

la sérénité du lieu et l'accueil des professionnels du Domaine
Nous aurions aimé être informé préalablement de l'absence de réseau (SFR, Bouygues,FREE) et de Wifi sur le Domaine... Dans le descriptif, une information sur le seul réseau qui semblait fonctionner(Orange) aurait été apprécié.

Le logement est fonctionnel et agréable.
le coût d'une option telle qu'une chaise haute pour enfant. Ailleurs, c'est un service offert. La terrasse ne comporte pas de sécurité pour ses accès: risque de chute pour des enfants en bas âge.

Les chalets charmants et fonctionnels L’espace piscine Le domaine arboré Le super restaurant du domaine Les soins du spa La gentillesse du personnel et l’attention d’arrivée Ne pas capter dans les chalets et une partie du domaine oblige la déconnexion
Un petit plus de place sur les créneau de privatisation du spa Penser a ne pas tarder à lasurer les terrasses des chalets et des moustiquaires aux fenetres seraient un plus au moins dans les chambres pour profiter de la fraicheur de la nuit! Une zone avec une wifi fonctionnelle au niveau de la réception pour permettre la réservation des activités sans ennuyer le personnel de la réception serait un plus!

Perhaps thin blankets work out better, once it is very hot outside

Complete, everything was there! Very nice to have more towels then just one for a week.
Maybe you could put something for the insects in the windows? (Screen door)
