The establishment
Staff very friendly and helpful, pitch by the river was lovely, facilities very clean.
A line on the website (active today, 14 August 2023) states: "At the gates of Kanopée Village, a campsite located in Trévoux offers a fun water park with privileged access to our guests." It is not a water park as the swimming pool has been closed for over a year. I went with my child expecting to swim, and couldn't. We met others who were equally disappointed that no pool was available, only inflatable play structures. This line should be removed or edited from the website to avoid misconceptions or confusion, and any subsequent disappointment.

The pitches were large and well kept.
The water for bathing / washing dishes does not go hot, not very sanitary. My children were shivering when I had to shower them. Place needs to communicate with 3rd parties about Cascades being closed as this was not communicated to us. Our young children were bored, could not use the bouncy castles as was closed.

Wir waren sehr positiv angetan von dem Platz und der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Hund kam auf seine Kosten und hat stundenlang das Geschehen auf der Promenade beobachtet. Nach nur einer Nacht fanden wir es schade abreisen zu müssen und wollen gerne wiederkommen und dann länger bleiben.
Accommodation review
Der Platz war groß und eben, wir haben einen Platz mit Schatten gewählt und wenig Gebüsch am Zaun, damit der Hund gucken konnte. Strom, Wasser und co. waren alle gut zu erreichen. Es gibt unterschiedliche Plätze zur Auswahl, sodass für jeden was dabei ist. Es war angenehm leise und der nächste Nachbar war auch nicht zu nah dran.

Des précisions sur les réservations sur internet sur le type d'emplacements avec les commodités qui les accompagnent. Ouverture de tous les blocs sanitaires.
