Camping Kanopée Village

The establishment

We only stayed 1 night as we were travelling through, but the site was very well maintained and the toilet / shower facilities were clean. Staff on reception very helpful and friendly. We walked along the river to the town but as it was a Monday there wasn’t much open, but the town itself was lovely. Would def stay here again.

Nice big pitches close To the river. Being able Do Pitch your pitch on arrival was a bonus

Toilets blocks not very clean and no toilet Paper. One toilet in particular had faeces smeared all over the floor and toilet seat

Location is great, right next to the river and the cycle path (which runs from Lyon to Luxembourg), clean facilities and some shade on pitches

Provide toilet roll in the toilets The website needs updating - the swimming complex next door shown on some photos isn’t there anymore, and we didn’t find any options for a boat trip from here.

Very helpful staff. Good pitches. Toilet and washing up facilities were good.

No toilet roll in the toilets. No handsoap in the toilets. Would improve the stay massively if the toilets were equipped.

Close to town, on cycle path, lovely lady on reception, small shop including ice creams at reception

Lovely site but only two of the three sanitary blocks were open leading to queues for showers, no access to river to cool down, could do with a bar or social area on view if size

The reception staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. You choose your pick so you can decide sun / shade.

More washing machines as there are just 2 and we’re always in use. Although thanks to the 20 min wash you didn’t have to wait long.

Lovely setting in beautiful town, swift checkin but lacked information about toilets closure in one of the blocks

No toilet roll in toilets . Never have I stayed on a site where you have to carry toilet roll to a toilet. Ridiculous.

Excellent situated by the river and just a short walk to the center of Trevoux.

Best mobiles we have ever stayed in,greT location & v nice adjacent town

We stayed 3 weeks ,paid in advanceand left a day early .We felt it was very mean and left a poor taste not to be reimbursed for the last day .The mobiles were very quite at that stage so we would not have been preventing any further bookings

Great site with plenty of pitches and choice. Close walking distance to the village with shops restaurants and cafes. Great cycles paths along the Soane and good transport links.
