The establishment
The staff were very helpful. Bei g close to the supermarket was very good. Being close to the cycle path was excellent, The site was almost full, but the bar was closed. We think it would do good business in September.
The shower/toilet block is showing signs of wear and tear, and could do with being refurbished.

The establishment
Great location among the trees giving lots of shade and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the pool a lot. It was very refreshing on a hot day.
The showers need improving. The water pressure was poor and the temperature was only barely warm. One of the few showers where I have felt cold while I am standing under the shower. The push button system is frustrating and I know very few campsites who ration the water and make people wear a wristband to activate them. I suspect that is because there are only two showers in the block. Build more showers and don’t make people use a wristband!

Good location on cycle path and bus route to Annecy. Good shower facilities.
Bar not open even on Friday and Saturday evenings. Very few restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Green site but some pitches were small.
Access roads to pitches, were uneven and flooded when it rained and whole site was very muddy.

The establishment
Good Location, good size pitch. Great pool. Weak WiFi signal.
Better facilities for caravanners. Chemical toilet and facility for disposal of waste water was a long way from the pitch. There was a vidoir close to the shower block but there was a clear sign saying ‘do not use’. This was ignored by some.
Accommodation review
Good.
Having to pay the whole cost of the stay one month ahead of arrival. This gave us no flexibility to leave earlier if we found the site/pitch unsatisfactory. Others arrived on spec and did not have to do this.

Location perfect as it was on the cycle path round the lake and there was a nearby bus stop to get to Annecy

Clearer signage about female and male toilets. There were often women in the men's blocks, my husband says

The establishment
plenty of showers, easy to use. Dryer and washing machines where nice too. Staff was friendly and the location is very nice and quiet.
no lids on the toilets for some reason. Electricity did not work at first, got fixed later though. Almost no indoor areas to relax if you didn't reserve a house.

It is easy access for a large motorhome and the site is clean and tidy. It is central to annecy cycling lanes

The establishment
Even though I arrived outside opening times I was able to access the entry code from the owners use of Ring doorbell. Very helpful. Pitches were level and I was fortunate to be able to select a pitch at riverside . Facilities were clean. As this was ann overnight stop I am unable to comment further . But I hope to come back sometime.
